Heart & Mind

Heart & Mind is a hands-on, insight and skill-building workshop designed to help participants better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and how renewing the mind can bring greater clarity and peace.

Grounded in the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and informed by faith-based truth, this workshop helps participants identify internal patterns that shape their stress, emotional responses, and daily experiences.

Through guided exercises, thoughtful reflection, and small-group conversation, participants are invited to slow down, grow in awareness, and practice aligning their hearts and minds with what is true and life-giving.
