Peace in Motherhood

Peace in Motherhood is a reflective and experiential workshop that offers mothers a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect with who they are—within and beyond their motherhood role.

Through a blend of teaching, reflection, and embodied practice, participants explore how motherhood affects the mind, body, and spirit, and how unspoken expectations can lead to imbalance, exhaustion, and a loss of self. This workshop helps mothers notice what they carry, understand how emotional strain manifests, and discover how peace and identity can be restored through intentional care and Biblical truth.

Grounded in psychological insight and faith integration, Peace in Motherhood invites participants to move from striving toward surrender—learning to care for themselves with compassion, regulation, and grace.
